de·jec·tion n.
1. The state of being dejected; low spirits.
2. Evacuation of the intestinal tract; defecation.
en·gen·ded v.

So I've read about half way through my book but these words came up and I couldn't remember what they meant so I thought I'd give myself some vocab!
